Exceptionally nice location with large restaurant nearby. Above average breakfast selection with sweets and many options to choose from, as for instance.

Lots of food at the exclusive breakfast. Romantic, brand-new room with a separate bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a world-famous opera house.

Just a great match for a city trip in Vienna with value for money. We loved the delicious cake waiting for us upon arrival. Make sure to check out the nearby opera house.

My expectations of a 5-star hotel were absolutely fulfilled.

Breakfast had a great choice and the staff was very courteous. The lobby was very luxurious and classically decorated. The rooms were very clean.
The breakfast room was relatively small and dark. The volume was a little high due to the premises. The bathroom in the room was very small; in the bath tub I had a feeling of tightness.

Here's why it's a mixed review
The location is unmatched! It's a beautiful area next to the Stadtpark, perfect for exploring Vienna.
Rooms are in desperate need of updates. Tired decor resembles the 1980s, affecting comfort significantly!

with the access to the Club Lounge we were completely taken care of: additional small breakfast, snacks in the afternoon, small evening buffet, coffee anytime - simply wonderful; access to the spa.

Thelocation is great. The bar is very elegant, the piano player contributes relaxed atmosphere.
The building itself looks bad. however, inside it shows itself as a very well-kept and very stylish house. Rooms are not very big, the bathroom for today's standards is too small. But by the first contact with the bed linen and the unbelievable quality of the towels one realizes why this hotel has a good reputation. The staff is very attentive, friendly and courteous.

Favourable location, beach area, just next door to the Stefan Platz shopping street and the main attractions in the pedestrian area at St Stephane plaza. For tea or coffee visit Cafe am Heumarkt nearby.

Very comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. Excellent breakfast, which is really enjoyable. Perfect location, walking distance to the shopping area, big park in front of it which was very beatiful and good place for my children to play in it.
I did the reservation through Booked.net and i booked two rooms. It was non refundable and full amount was taken from my credit card. On checkig out i was surpprised when i saw the bill. One of the rooms was charged for two nights so i had to explain to them that i did reservation of both rooms through Booked.net and full amount was taken for the both rooms. They said yah but it is showing in the system this amount and you have to pay??! Then i asked them to review the booking reffrence that i printed from Booked.net which show very clearly that i reserved and paied for two rooms and foor two nights. They were like ok we will check with the reservation section and for time being you dont have to pay the room charged??!!.
